Gugrontid Guild House Auction





Purpose:By order of the Octarch A guild house will be put up for auction in Gugrontid to be sold to the guild that bids the highest amount.



What will happenInterested buyers shall show up at the house that is to be auctioned that day to bid on the house being sold. Only guilds can own a house and each interested guild must appoint one person to represent them. Each person placing bids must have the trias on their person at the time them make their bid. Once their bid has been accepted they must immediately make payment. Guilds can only owe one house.

Location:On Sept 9thth at 21:00 GMT a house in the lower village of Gugrontid will be auctioned. ( look for book stand in front of the house door). Auction starts at 21:00 before the auction the house will be open for inspection.
